Twin County Regional Healthcare (TCRH) is alerting community members about fraudulent phone calls being made by individuals falsely claiming to represent the hospital and requesting donations.

TCRH has received reports that community members are being contacted by callers soliciting money while identifying themselves as representatives of Twin County Regional Healthcare. These calls are not affiliated with TCRH in any way.

We want our patients, employees, and community members to know that Twin County Regional Healthcare is not conducting any phone-based fundraising campaign or requesting donations through unsolicited phone calls. If you receive a call asking for money on behalf of the hospital, please do not provide any personal or financial information.

Individuals who receive these calls are encouraged to hang up immediately and avoid sharing credit card numbers, banking information, Social Security numbers, or other personal details.

Anyone who believes they may have been targeted by a scam or provided information to a caller should contact their financial institution and report the incident to local law enforcement.
