Gregory Pearson
Chief Executive Officer
Gregory Pearson holds a Master of Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in science from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives; has served on the boards of directors for the Webster Parish Economic Development Council in Louisiana and the Warren County Chamber of Commerce in Mississippi; and was an officer of the executive council of the Central Mississippi Trauma Region. He is currently a board member and Vice-President of the Twin County Chamber of Commerce.
William Alley
Chief Nursing Officer
William Alley began his career in healthcare in 1991 as an EMT and combat medic in the U.S. Army. Bill was cross trained as an orthopedic tech, and transferred from field work to hospital-based services scrubbing for orthopedics. After active duty, he attended the University of North Carolina in Greensboro. He holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration from Ohio University. Certified in Ambulatory Peri-Anesthesia Nursing (CAPA) and in the Operating Room (CNOR), he has experience in ICU, surgical services, operating room, PACU and hospital management. Bill is a member of the U.S. Army Reserves as an Officer in the Nursing Corps.
Leslie Bowers
Human Resources Director
Leslie Bowers holds a Master’s of Science in Management and Leadership and a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University. Leslie is a talented leader who is motivated to make a difference in the lives of all she serves. Skilled in talent acquisition, compensation management, employee relations, and regulatory requirements, Leslie has management experience in manufacturing and most recently has been serving at Twin County Regional Healthcare as the Human Resources Generalist and Volunteer Services Director. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management. As a lifelong native of Galax, Leslie cares deeply for the community and is passionate about Twin County Regional Healthcare’s mission of Making Communities Healthier.
Betty Elmore
Direct or Marketing and Public Relations
Betty Elmore is the director of marketing and public relations and public information officer. Betty is a marketing professional with over 28 years of experience marketing hospital service lines, leading referral development activities, creating sales plans, monitoring client satisfaction, physician recruitment and developing new marketing initiatives and strategies. Betty graduated from Wytheville Community College with an applied science degree and attended Old Dominion University with a focus on communications. Betty currently serves on the board of directors for Wytheville Community College Foundation. She is a Rotarian and Paul Harris Fellow. Betty enjoys spending time with family, gardening and traveling with her husband Don.
