Twin County Regional Healthcare has a new patient portal as of May 9, 2026. See below for information about accessing this new portal, powered by InteliChart.

Our patient portal was created with you in mind. By agreeing to participate and providing your email address, you will have access to important information about your recent hospital visit including:
- Procedures performed during your visit
- List of current and past medical issues
- Discharge instructions
- Lists of current medications and medication history
- Radiology and laboratory test results
- And more!

Patients can provide their email address at the time of hospital registration and will automatically receive an email invite to sign-up for the patient portal in 24 hours.
You may also contact portal support for an invite using the support email address listed below.

After you have successfully enrolled with InteliChart, you may also access your health information via the InteliChart Patient Portal App—available on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. After downloading the app, sign-in with your credentials.

For medical records before May 9, 2026, contact Twin County Regional Healthcare's Medical Records Department at 276.236.1775. Records can be picked up by the patient with a valid ID or faxed to his or her medical provider for review.
