Twin County Regional Healthcare Names 2024 Mercy Award Winner
May 23, 2024
Twin County Regional Healthcare (TCRH) recently announced that Robin Pack, MSW, CPPS has been recognized as the facility’s 2024 Mercy Award winner. The Mercy Award recognizes one employee from each of Lifepoint Health’s facilities who profoundly touches the lives of others and best represents the spirit and values on which the company was founded.
The Mercy Award is an annual recognition program that honors the life and contributions of Scott Mercy, Lifepoint’s founding chairman and chief executive officer. The award is considered the highest honor a Lifepoint employee can receive.
Robin has worked for TCRH for over 29 years and currently serves as the Executive Director of Quality/Risk Management and she also serves as the facilities Ethics and Compliance Officer. She has embodied the spirit of mercy in all her endeavors, and she is tireless when it comes to her commitment to patient care.
Robin has faced personal adversity yet remained steadfast in her commitment to serving others in the hospital setting as well as her community. She is generous with her time as she volunteers in her community to support local charities and mentorship programs.
“At Twin County Regional Healthcare, we share Lifepoint’s commitment to making communities healthier, and we recognize this is supported by the good work and service of our employees on and off the job,” said Sudandra Ratnasamy, CEO of Twin County Regional Healthcare. “We are extremely proud to recognize Robin for her efforts on behalf of our patients and our community. She goes above and beyond each day to ensure that every person she encounters receives the highest level of care and compassion.”
Each facility winner, including Robin, will be considered for Lifepoint’s 2024 companywide Mercy Award. The companywide winner will be announced this summer and honored during a ceremony in Nashville, Tenn., in August.
