14th Annual Twin County Regional Healthcare Foundation Golf Classic |
|
Tee off to the "Rhythm of Life" at the 14th Annual TCRH Foundation Golf Classic. Proceeds to fund the purchase of Cardiac Monitors and/or other cardiac technology needed to serve the community. The Golf Classic is a Captain's Choice format. It will be held rain or shine at Draper Valley Golf Course. Tee times are 8:30 am and 1:30 pm. Prizes will be awarded for both morning and afternoon rounds. Early bird registration by May 1st. Healthy Pregnancy, Healthy Baby Class! |
6:00 - 8:00 pm in the Twin County Room
You and your support partner are provided with the information and skills needed to help you prepare for your labor and birth experience. Each class is a four week series and covers such topics as breathing and relaxation techniques, the labor partner's role, variations of labor, the labor and birth process, adjustment to parenthood, changing feelings and many other details of labor and birth. Plan to attend this class in the beginning of your third trimester. Classes are free.
