Twin County Regional Hospital Offers Lactation Consultation Services

The Women’s Health and Birthing Center of Twin County Regional Hospital is now offering Lactation Consultation services for new mothers.
Samantha W. Surratt, RN, IBCLC offers Lactation Consultation to educate and support new mothers who choose to breastfeed their baby. She is available for ongoing support to patients during and after their hospital stay as well as to community members who would like additional information.
Samantha has served as a Registered Nurse with Women’s Health and Birthing Center of Twin County Regional Hospital for nearly 20 years. Recently, she became board certified by the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBCLC) who establishes the highest standards for this profession.
