Twin County Gastroenterology Opens & Welcomes Landon Weeks, MD

Twin County Regional Healthcare (TCRH) is pleased to announce the opening of Twin County Gastroenterology and welcomes Landon “Lanny” E. Weeks, MD to the medical staff.

Dr. Weeks received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Wake Forest Baptist Health in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He also completed a gastroenterology fellowship at Wake Forest Baptist Health. Dr. Weeks is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Gastroenterology. He offers over 44 years of clinical experience. 

Dr. Weeks will offer a new ERCP service along with typical Gastroenterology services including colonoscopy, endoscopy/EGD and more. He will treat conditions including, abdominal pain, celiac disease, colon cancer, colon polyps, Crohn’s disease, gallbladder disease, gastritis, heartburn/reflux, hepatitis/liver disease, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), pancreatic disease, ulcerative colitis and ulcers along with other digestive system conditions.
