TCRH Welcomes First Baby of 2019

Twin County Regional Hospital is ringing in 2019 with the year’s first bundle of joy. Weighing 7 pounds and 9 ounces and measuring 20.5 inches, Jaxson was born to Brittany and Tanner, Tuesday, January 1, 2019, at 9:42 am.
“We are thrilled to welcome our new baby boy!”, said Brittany. “The physicians, nurses and staff at Twin County Regional Hospital took such great care of us. We are so grateful to them for making this experience so special.” Brittany remarked, “I had my first child here as well and I tell everyone that this hospital has the best OB department around!”
“We have an exceptional team of clinical and support staff who are dedicated to bringing new life into our community, not just on New Year’s Day but year-round,” said Dr. Carlos J. Blattner, OB/GYN at Twin County Regional Hospital. “Our expectation is that every patient and their family will have a positive experience and genuinely feel our commitment to providing the highest quality care possible, in a comfortable and welcoming environment.” Dr. Blattner emphasized, “We have been honored to deliver over 250 babies in 2018. We are privileged to be part of this exciting and special time for families. First breaths of life are taken here!”
